ARCONVERT DISCOVERING TALENT 2.0. ALONG WITH POLI.DESIGN AND FONDAZIONE EXCLUSIVA.
Seneca wrote: “Luck does not exist. Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”
However if talent is there but the opportunity never arises, talent will go where there are more opportunities. Arconvert has not given in to the “brain drain” phenomena and is working with Professor Luca Fois, a designer and lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Milan, supporting the POLI.design executive master’s degree (www.polidesign.net) and the master classes of Fondazione Exclusiva (www.fondazioneexclusiva.org) in Rome in order to discover and encourage talent 2.0.
Interesting training courses were offered at the end of 2017 that involved talented designers from the toy and food & beverage sectors who used Arconvert self-adhesive papers and films to design new and stimulating toys and to develop innovative brand identity projects for some wines that will later be effectively launched on the market. Arconvert also contributed to the teaching stage by providing technical skills and content about the importance of packaging and label appeal to boost the sales of the product and promote the brand.
POLI.design and Fondazione Exclusiva have created an experimental and participatory training method, generating efficient professional integration based on the “specific need = solution” concept.
Hape Toys (www.hape.com) from the toy sector and the Feudi di San Gregorio (www.feudi.it), Zaccagnini (www.cantinazaccagnini.it) and Casale Cento Corvi (www.casalecentocorvi.it) wineries have decided to join the project hence obtaining a twofold social advantage of being able to benefit from tailor-made solutions for their needs and being able to communicate their own brand heritage, even in terms of social impact due to having invested in young unknown creative talent.
This is because, once you have found talent, you are certainly not going to let it go.
