The choreographer and dancer Sara Baras has been chosen to design the label of Castillo de Canena’s Primer Día de Cosecha (“First Day of Harvest”) Olive Oil, a label printed on Manter Tintoretto Greaseproof produced by Arconvert; a self-adhesive paper of remarkable quality, 100% greaseproof, specially designed for extra virgin olive oil products.
The graphic design for this new label includes a bird’s eye view photo of Sara Baras dancing and provides us with a beautiful image of her dress whirling around the dancer that seems to blend in with the trunk of a centenary olive tree.
Just like every edition for the past 12 years, a celebrity from the world of culture, art, sport or science has been entrusted to design the label of the Castillo de Canena cherry red bottle. Before Sara Baras, Ainhoa Arteta, Roberto Verino, Enrique Ponce, Pau Gasol, Alejandro Sanz, Raphael and Alex de la Iglesia, among others, have designed this label.
Castillo de Canena’s Primer Día de Cosecha Olive Oil, printed on Manter Tintoretto Greaseproof self-adhesive paper, will be shown on limited edition bottles and sold in more than 50 countries; in Europe, the United States, Latin America, Japan and Australia.
